Restoration of sight is possible for so many individuals with preventable blindness. That’s why our organization was founded 50 years ago. In that time, we have helped more than 100,000 people preserve or regain their sight.
Advancing Sight Network serves people in 49 states and 56 countries who are in need of eye tissue for sight-saving surgeries. We maintain a commitment to honor and respect the gift of eye tissue donors and a promise to restore sight to as many people as possible.
We are grateful to those who, 50 years ago, saw a need and created a way to meet it. They are responsible for countless individuals being able to look in the eyes of their children, continue working at a job they love, enjoy their favorite activities, and take in all the beauty of the world around them.
We have a big vision for the future. Our expanded lab space and the new Precision Ocular Biobank are our way of continuing what began 50 years ago. Until preventable blindness is a thing of the past, we will continue to provide tissue for sight-saving surgeries and look for cures to blinding eye diseases.
Thank you for partnering with us in the restoration of sight.
